Abstract submission

In addition to plenary and invited lectures, the scientific program of the meeting includes sessions for contributed oral presentations and posters. The selection of posters and oral contributions will be based on scientific interest and adequacy to the topics of the meeting.

Abstract submission for the request of oral and poster contributions is currently CLOSED. Please contact the organizers (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to check whether post-deadline posters can still be accepted or not.

There is in principle no limit in the number of abstracts that a single author can submit.

After acceptance, at least one of the abstract coauthors must attend the workshop to defend the submitted work. Otherwise, the abstract will not be included among the conference contributions.

Instructions for abstract submission

Abstracts should include a brief account of the research work that the applicant would like to present at the meeting. Abstracts should be carefully prepared and must provide enough information about the research performed. Abstract length is strictly restricted to one page.

In case you are submitting more than one abstract, please use a number in the name of the file to differentiate them: E2EPOL_FamilyName_Name_1.pdf.

2.- Send your abstract to the following email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please indicate explicitly in the body of the email whether you would like to contribute with an oral talk or with a poster.

Plenary lecturers and invited speakers should also send an abstract of their talk, in order to be collected in the Book of Abstracts of the meeting.
